Description An exclusive, private family office is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Investment Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations. This role will be responsible for managing cash flow, preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling brokerage accounts, and coordinating distributions. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and experienced in working with complex financial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor cash flow across multiple accounts and entities

Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements

Reconcile brokerage and investment account statements

Create and maintain internal financial reports for family stakeholders

Oversee and execute distributions, wire transfers, and expense tracking

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all financial activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)

Strong understanding of investment and financial statement reporting

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion

Prior experience in a family office, wealth management, or private accounting environment is a plus
