Utility Worker

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Utility Worker to join our elite team in Brisbane, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with vehicle cleaning toward our provision of safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

+ $23.25 Hourly Starting Wage

+ Annual increase in July 2026

Key Responsibilities:

+ Cleaning public transit vehicles by following specified tasks and use of a checklist to ensure that the fleet is maintained in a clean, comfortable condition for passenger

+ Coordination with a Lead position to identify buses used during the day and prioritize cleaning needs

+ Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing safe working practices

+ Other duties as required

Qualifications:

+ 21 years or older

+ Work is primarily performed evening/night shift. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

+ Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.

+ Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

+ Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
