    Our client, a global leader in diversified technology and manufacturing, is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the Global Sourcing Department supporting Lease & Rental Capital Equipment procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and negotiation expertise, which will align successfully in the organization..

     

    **Job Title:** Sr. Procurement Specialist – Capital Equipment – Lease & Rental

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC - Hybrid position!

    **Pay Range:** $79/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Lease & Rental Equipment

    + Drive supplier consolidation and manage contract execution

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams

    + Execute negotiations focused on cost, quality, service, and supply continuity

    + Support M&A and organizational transition projects as needed

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, including indirect procurement

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

    + Strong experience in category management and procurement best practices

    + Proficiency with SAP and e-sourcing platforms

    + Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

    + Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
