    Position Summary...

     

    The Walmart+ Store Operations team strives to fulfill members' every need by providing a seamless shopping experience from the comfort of their own homes. By harnessing the power of our internal technology and cultivating strategic partnerships, we are able to provide our members with the ultimate shopping experience.

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our stores in the field. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our members, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any defects or issues that may impact retention and trust, ultimately driving member churn. Additionally, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative tests, partnerships, and initiatives to bring membership to life in our 4700 stores, fostering a loyal and engaged member base.

     

    Walmart+ is critical part of our business, you’ll collaborate with a high-energy team to build new products, processes, and services to fulfill every member’s need as we work to gain first place wallet share across the country.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + Travel up to 20% of the time to stores conducting visits focused on:

    + Member experiences related to retention, high risk members, pain points, operational defects, store processes, member feedback, etc.

    + Provide on-site support to Walmart+ stores in the field, training associates and answering questions on Walmart+ membership

    + Collaborate with operations teams across the company as we continue to expand the value proposition of Walmart+ Communicate and influence teams as we launch new benefits and offers

    + Conduct product testing for new rollouts and enhancements

    + Partner with other Walmart teams to ensure consistent messaging and support across all channels and areas of the business

    + Responsible for implementing the overall strategies, which includes process design, workflow optimization, and testing of future concepts, implementation and execution

    + Support our field associates

    + Engage, teach and train, associates, Brand Ambassadors and Walmart+ Champions

    + Present at Remodel School, New Store School, and other internal teams as requested

    + Support YBM, Shareholders, and Holiday meetings

     

    What you'll bring...

     

    + Proven ability to direct project execution by developing timelines, formatting data, and delivering clear communication materials that support successful rollouts and implementations.

    + Experience establishing performance standards, tracking progress, and adapting strategies to ensure project alignment and success.

    + Demonstrated skill in managing budgets and approving expenditures in alignment with organizational priorities.

    + Strong analytical capabilities to provide decision support through data analysis, trend identification, and actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.

    + A collaborative mindset with a track record of working across cross-functional teams to design and implement processes and strategies that drive business outcomes.

    + Expertise in implementing business solutions by fostering relationships, introducing innovations, and applying best practices to enhance efficiency and process effectiveness.

    + A commitment to data accuracy and operational execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

    + Experience leading the development and enhancement of operational tools, reports, and member-facing functionality by defining project requirements, offering subject matter expertise, and partnering across teams to drive initiatives forward.

    + Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively across all levels of Home Office and field associates.

    + Experience in designing, supporting, and executing companywide initiatives with measurable impact.

    + Firsthand knowledge of Walmart store operations and an understanding of frontline challenges and opportunities.

    + A proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and align stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

    + An analytical mindset with a focus on translating data into clear, actionable insights grounded in real-world context.

    + Proficiency with PowerPoint and the ability to create compelling, data-driven presentations.

    + A sense of urgency and a detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality execution in fast-paced environments.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
