Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in conducting operational analyses to support business decisions, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions. This is a great opportunity to work on dynamic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational analyses to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

• Lead medium to large-scale projects involving both quantitative and qualitative research.

• Design and modify business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and execute comprehensive reports using standardized tools and techniques.

• Facilitate end-to-end user acceptance testing for both internal and external applications.

• Accurately execute test scripts, document defects, and perform retesting as needed.

• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to resolve technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Maintain thorough documentation of processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

• Build a strong understanding of delivered technical solutions and identify areas for improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile program development methodology.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
