Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Support Specialist in Federal Way, Washington. This is a long-term contract position requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in loan servicing and title perfection. The role is 100% onsite and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Process loan documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perfect loan titles by reviewing title packages and verifying the completeness of applications.

• Handle power of attorney documentation and match title and registration details.

• Follow up with escrow companies to address title-related matters and ensure proper documentation.

• Add updates to loan titles after funding and submit perfected titles to the imaging system.

• Assist the loss mitigation team with collections processes, including title adjustments in cases of foreclosure or repossession.

• Review trust paperwork and ensure legal documentation aligns with loan requirements.

• Enter billing invoices into the Concur system for accurate financial tracking.

• Manage lien waivers and title perfection processes, including auto and escrow-related titles.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintain efficient workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in loan administration and mortgage processing.

• Proficiency in title clearing, escrow management, and lien perfection.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex problem-solving.

• Familiarity with Mortgage Flex, Mortgage Servicer, and standard software tools like Microsoft Suite and Adobe.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of foreclosure and repossession processes is preferred.

• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work independently.

• Previous experience with billing systems like Concur is a plus.
