    What You’ll Do

    + Operate CNC mills and lathes (primarily Mazak and Doosan) to produce high-quality parts

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and samples to ensure precision

    + Plan efficient task sequences for each job

    + Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to meet customer specs

    + Document labor, quality checks, and report any defects

    + Perform minor machine maintenance and identify tool repair needs

    + Learn and assist with machine setups using provided documentation

    + Keep your workspace clean and safe

    What You Bring

    + Hands-on experience with CNC operations and setups

    + Familiarity with Mazak and Doosan machines

    + Strong measuring skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

    + Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills

    Work Environment

    + Well-lit shop with a gritty, industrial feel

    + Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs

    + Overtime available (many employees work 50+ hours), but not mandatory

     

    Shift Hours and Pay

     

    1st shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday ($18-22/hr, based upon experience)

     

    2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday-Friday ($18-22/hr + 15% shift premium)

     

    3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday ($18-22/hr + 25% shift premium)

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
