Shipping & Receiving Associate

**Location:** Vandalia, OH

**Pay Range:** $18–$20 per hour

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Shipping & Receiving Associate** for commercial projects in the **Vandalia, OH** area. The pay range is **$18 to $20 per hour** based on experience. All trades are scheduled **50+ hours per week** , with opportunities for **overtime** . We are looking for motivated and dependable craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven workers. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** with **no week in the hole** and optional **direct deposit** .

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Load and unload materials from pallets, trucks, or customer vehicles

+ Build and stage load packages accurately for delivery to customer job sites

+ Select, measure, and prepare trim, door, and casing materials

+ Strap, brace, and pad loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit

+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move product

+ Label and tag materials for proper identification

+ Assist with general warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and organizing materials

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings regularly

+ May assist in training less experienced team members

Ultimate Trade Requirements

+ **2+ years** of experience in **shipping/receiving** , or **lumber yard operations**

+ Previous experience with companies like **Lowe’s, Menards, Home Depot, 84 Lumber, Carter Lumber** or similar companies preferred

+ **Forklift certification required** (or ability to obtain)

+ Steel or composite toe boots required

+ Must have basic hand tools as required for warehouse tasks

+ Able to lift **up to 80 lbs frequently** , and occasionally lift/move **100+ lbs**

+ Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment

+ **Drug test required**

+ **Background check required**

Work Schedule

+ **Monday – Friday:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ **Saturday:** 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM (as needed)
