Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a receptionist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for front desk/receptionist duties 1 day (8 hours) per week and will be available to cover PTO+sick time of the full-time receptionist. Advance notice of PTO dates will be provided. As a receptionist they will be responsible for answering calls, greeting visitors, and granting access to the building as needed. They will also receive orders and order new supplies. The ideal individual is looking for an extra role and is willing to report with a few hours notice or communicate ahead of time when they will not be available. Failure to report to multiple on call shifts will result in termination.
1 day / 8 hour shift per week, day of week can be negotiated.
On call for PTO and sick time of full-time receptionist.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person or department.
3. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
4. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
5. Keeping accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information.
6. Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Providing information and assistance to clients, customers, and employees.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years working in customer service
Experience working with Excel
High School Diploma Experience facilitating deliveries
Experience granting access to secure buildings null
