The Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) Right of Way section is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to join our team. This position plays a key administrative role in supporting the Right of Way Section by managing regional sales processing, purchasing and inventory, invoice review, and general clerical coordination.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Incumbent will be responsible for regional sales and check processing. Receives sales packet from Right of Way Agents within the regional offices of the Right of Way Section.
+ Responsible for purchasing, inventory, and mail. This position is the primary card holder for the LaCarte Purchase Card (P-card) used in purchasing supplies, online access for Clerk of Court, recurring bills and various license renewals for the Right of Way section.
+ This role has fiscal duties including reviewing and verifying invoices received from vendors for correctness and prepares necessary documents for payment to vendors by entering in the LaGov system.
+ Clerical duties are included in this role including being a moderator of the Right of Way conference room and receiving email requests and approving them. Maintaining section inventory and placing orders where needed.
+ Additional duties may be required to keep the Right of Way Section efficient.
Position-Specific Details:
This position is located in the DOTD Right of Way Section, working under the supervision of a Right of Way Manager. While in official capacity, DOTD employees must comply with applicable Louisiana and Civil Service laws, rules, and regulations, as well as DOTD policies, procedures, manuals, and directives.
