    Payroll & Employee Compensation Accountant

     

    Shared Services – HR & Finance

     

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Employee Compensation Accountant to support our HR and Finance teams. In this role, you’ll manage payroll processing, employee allowances, reimbursements, and expense tracking while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You’ll also provide reporting and insights that help leadership make informed decisions.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Process and review payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.

    + Manage allowances, bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and per diems.

    + Monitor timekeeping, leave balances, and attendance compliance.

    + Track expenses, petty cash, and employee reimbursements while enforcing spend policies.

    + Lead payroll and timekeeping overviews during onboarding.

    + Prepare payroll and labor cost reports, supporting HR, Finance, and year-end audits.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 3+ years of payroll administration experience (HR + Finance exposure REQUIRED).

    + Strong knowledge of payroll systems, timekeeping, and reimbursement processes.

    + Skilled in journal entries, reporting, and labor law compliance.

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

    + Proficiency in Excel and payroll/HRIS software (Rippling experience is a plus).

    + Integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
