+ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

+ Weekly paycheck

+ Pay: $52.88/hr ($100K–$110K annually)

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze and process complex medical malpractice and liability claims.

+ Prepare disclaimers, reservation of rights, and legal correspondence.

+ Negotiate settlements and recommend strategies for resolution.

+ Coordinate legal defense and monitor compliance with guidelines.

Requirements:

+ Licensed Attorney with 5+ years of experience OR Licensed Examiner with 10+ years of experience.

+ Extensive knowledge of Commercial General Liability policies.

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications a plus.

**Pay Details:** $52.88 per hour
