    Description We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role emphasizes the development and execution of targeted campaigns, leveraging data analytics and marketing tools to optimize performance. Based in Warren, New Jersey, you will play a pivotal role in expanding brand awareness and generating leads through demonstrated expertise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to support business growth.

    • Lead the execution of digital media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.

    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine marketing approaches and measure campaign success.

    • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, including HubSpot, to streamline operations and enhance lead nurturing.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials.

    • Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.

    • Identify new opportunities for audience engagement and brand expansion.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy.

    • Ensure marketing initiatives comply with best practices and align with the overall vision of the organization. Requirements • Proven experience in demand generation, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

    • Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools and techniques to measure performance.

    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

    • Expertise in managing digital media campaigns across various channels.

    • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

    • Familiarity with current marketing trends and tools.
