In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as a liaison between the surgeon and patient.     Responsibilities

    + Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit

    + Answer phone calls and emails from potential and current patients

    + Schedule appointments and follow up with patients prior to appointments

    + Collect and document patient information accurately

    + Verify insurance benefits and explain financial options to patients

    + Assist in maintaining patient records and charts

    Requirements

    + High school diploma

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly

    + Motivated and team-oriented work ethic.
