Job Title: Scientist 1

Reports To: Supervisor

Position Location: Lenexa Kansas

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 - 9hr M-TR, 1 - 4hr shift)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct and support research experiments strictly adhering to established protocols.

+ Analyze data and determine outcomes with flawless precision.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class research results.

+ Maintain accurate records of research findings and laboratory activities.

+ Successfully implement new research methodologies and innovations.

+ Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed.

+ Share research findings with internal collaborators and at scientific conferences.

Minimum** **Requirements/Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related field required.

+ Proven experience in a research laboratory setting.

+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

+ Outstanding proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

+ Ability to effectively communicate research results.

+ Ambitious, self-motivated, and a great teammate.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
