• Systems Administrator (Mid Level)

    Description

    Robert Half is seeking System Administrators to proactively build our talent pipeline for clients in the Raleigh market. These roles will manage day-to-day systems operations, optimize infrastructure, and ensure uptime for business-critical systems.

    Responsibilities:

    + Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud services.

    + Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.

    + Implement updates, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.

    + Troubleshoot server, network, and software performance issues.

    + Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure improvement projects.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years’ experience in system administration.

    + Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualization.

    + Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.

    + Familiarity with security hardening and compliance standards.

    + Certifications such as MCSA, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+ a plus.
