About The Role:

As a CBRE D&T Sr Technical Delivery Manager, you will assist with providing strategic vision and supervision to the department responsible for developing and implementing digital technologies to drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

+ Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience

+ Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical partners

+ Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

+ Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to address them

+ Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams

+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

+ Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

+ Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards and procedures

+ Identify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

+ Develop and maintain a data analytics roadmap to drive business growth and improvement

+ Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data analytics and Engineering team

+ Collaborate with partners to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them

+ Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and tools

+ Supervise the continuous review of digital systems and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives

+ Execute departmental internal controls, financial policies, procedures, and projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery

+ Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the business

+ Maintain annual department budgets and manage the financial performance of digital platforms

+ Identify and solve sophisticated, multi-dimensional problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department

+ Establish and maintain service level expectations for support of standard digital platforms

+ Coordinate system strategies with field management, accounting, other client support groups, and senior business leaders

+ Review current and proposed systems and procedures and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital management, technology, or a related field

+ In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered

+ Experience in the areas of digital strategy, project management, team leadership, and change management

+ Ability to apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance

+ Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity

+ Expert organizational skills and a sophisticated inquisitive mindset
