Material Handlers - Forklift Drivers

1st Shift

Our client, a leader in the paper converting industry is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Shipping/Receiving department supporting Operations. The ideal candidate will have RF Scanner experience , Forklift Experience and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Pay Range: $18-$22 an hour

What’s the Job?

+ Operate the industrial forklift to move materials in the warehouse and/or to load and unload truck trailers or shipping containers

+ Load and unload materials off or onto pallets, platforms, skids, racking or trailers

+ Move controls, devices and levers to drive forklifts/roll clamps in order to transfer material to and from the dock to production areas or proper storage location in warehouse

+ General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas

+ Must be able to safely drive forklifts

What’s Needed?

+ Forklift Experience (Roll Clamp Experience Preferred / Not necessary)

+ Ability to work independently

+ Ability to multi-task
