    Minimum Qualifications:

    High school Diploma, UTMB student enrolled at least half-time.

    Job Duties:

    + Provide receptionist services to sign students in/out of scheduled activities.

    + Set up simulation labs including setting out lab materials, manikin preparation. and lab break-down and clean-up.

    + Assist in stocking lab supplies.

    + Assist with HEC tours.

    + Support general administrative duties (copying, shipments, filing).

    + Assist in hosting major events including poster sessions, conferences, and Open Houses.

    Salary Range:

    Commensurate with experience.
