• Project Manager

    Cella Inc (Roanoke, TX)


     

    Analyze current and past financial data and performance to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

     

    Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

     

    Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and investment decisions.

     

    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, highlighting key financial insights and variance analysis.

     

    Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial information.

     

    Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

     

    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

     

    Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

     

    1-5 years of experience in Project Management, digital marketing.

     

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workfront and Miro.

     

    Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

     

    High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

     

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

     

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
