    Job Description:

    New Model Launch engineer for vehicle programs. Launch new vehicle and powertrain programs in North America assembly plants.

    Skills Required:

    + Microsoft Office

    Skills Preferred:

    + Quality Control

    Experience Required:

    + Managing the Launch Teams transition to the plant.

    + Managing Pre-Production Build Events.

    + Managing the ordering, building, testing, and disposition of vehicles.

    + Managing the Pre-Production Drive Fleet Evaluation Plan.

    + Managing Product Development change approvals ahead of prototype builds.

    + Gatekeeper for New Model Programs.

    + Leading the build issues management process for the cross functional program team.

    + Co-Chairing meetings and driving part support issues to resolution for each pre-production build.

    + Champion Senior Management Presentations.

    + Preparing and presenting New Model Program weekly assessment reports.

    + Managing launch budget approval and executing elements controlled by New Model Programs within the launch budget.

    Experience Preferred:

    + Program management experience

    + Manufacturing experience

    + Strong communication skills

    + Ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized

    Education Required:

    + Bachelor's Degree
