    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and innovative Cloud Architect to join our client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a proactive search for one of our valued clients, looking to transform their cloud infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud solutions tailored to business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure and applications across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

    + Collaborate with business and technology teams to assess requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    + Monitor and optimize cloud systems for performance, cost-efficiency, reliability, and security compliance.

    + Develop and document architectural standards, policies, and processes for various technology projects.

    + Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

    + Support migration initiatives from existing on-premise systems to cloud-based environments.

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to technology teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona (location requirement is non-negotiable).

    + Proven experience in cloud architecture for enterprise-level organizations.

    + Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

    + Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and DevOps practices.

    + Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) preferred (Source: "2026 Salary Guide Insights").

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess technical challenges and develop solutions effectively.

    + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
