Description

• Provide document processing support for the Regulatory Department.

• Confirm licensure status for providers before initial Medicare Certification surveys.

• Maintain regulatory spreadsheets and other reporting criteria.

• Assist with the combining of regulatory packets, removing blank pages and saving in the appropriate format.

• Processing tasks, as needed.

• Clean up and keep up to date information that comes from the state, CMS and CMS locations.

• Assist with basic research projects.

• Cooperate fully and work diligently to enhance and exemplify harmonious team and interpersonal relationships with colleagues

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent level work experience. Computer literacy with moderate level proficiency in the use of databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and other office system programs

• Has two years of experience with computer systems with some familiarity in the use of databases and other office system programs.

• Excellent command of the English language, along with strong writing and proofing skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
