    FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park.     Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our new product development projects. This role is crucial in ensuring cross-departmental communication, effective timeline management, and resource prioritization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the manufacturing process, and a passion for driving innovation.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    + **Project Leadership:**

    Support the development of new products by coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with business goals

    + **Timeline Management:**

     

    Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring schedule adjustments are communicated, tasks are completed, and milestones are met

     

    + **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:**

     

    Facilitate communication between engineering, production, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution

     

    + **Resource Prioritization:**

     

    Collaborate with departmental managers to assess and allocate resources effectively, balancing project needs with team capacity and project priority

     

    + **Risk Management:**

    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines

    + **Reporting and Documentation:**

    Prepare regular updates for stakeholders, documenting progress, challenges, and solutions

    + **Continuous Improvement:**

    Implement best practices in project management, contributing to process enhancements and efficiency improvements

    + **Performs other related duties as assigned**

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Strong project management skills

    + Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

    + Skilled in MS Office

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Critical Thinker

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred

    + 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in new product development

    + Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams

    + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

    + Proficiency in project management tools and software

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to traverse the production facility.

    + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    + Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times.
