Suvi is hiring an IT Requirements Management Analyst in Alexandria, VA, to support the planning, documentation, and traceability of IT system and project requirements, ensuring OIG IT investments align with stakeholder needs and mission objectives.

Responsibilities

+ Integrate and coordinate requirements across capability areas, develop requirements baselines, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track requirements through the lifecycle.

+ Conduct surveys, interviews and research to gather information, evaluate requirements against business and technical capabilities, and help generate decision packages for leadership.

+ Collect and prepare budget data to support leadership briefings and ensure all requirements are properly validated, traceable and aligned to enterprise goals.

+ Analyze “as-is” and “to-be” processes, support the development of use cases and test cases, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with governance and standards.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or related field.

+ Active Secret security clearance.

+ 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, systems engineering, or IT project support, with 3+ years of experience supporting federal or enterprise requirements management.

Preferred qualifications:

+ ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Requirements Engineering certification (IREB or PMI-PBA) certifications.
