Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting children and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

+ Work directly with individuals with special needs to implement behavioral and educational programs.

+ Collaborate with school professionals, therapists, and other behavioral specialists.

+ Support clients in developing essential life and social skills.

+ Track progress and assist in adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent (required)

+ At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
