• Gate House Attendant

    Waste Connections (Placerville, CA)


    **El Dorado Disposal** , a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a safety conscious **Gate House Attendant** to join our team in **Placerville, CA** !

    **The schedule will be Friday-Monday, working 4x10s from 7:00am-5:30pm** . **Starting pay will be $21.00/hour.** The pay range for this job category will be $21-$21.20/hour.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Greeting customers as they enter the Material Recovery Facility, directing them where to go

    + Cash handling and data entry

    + Cleaning equipment - sweeping/power washing

    + General site cleanup as needed

    + Friendly customer service

    + Other manual laborer duties as needed

    Requirements:

    + At least 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a customer service type position

    + Cash handling experience

    + The ability to lift up to 75 pounds

    + Experience operating equipment is a plus

    + Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
