Raytheon has an immediate opening for a temporary experienced test equipment engineer to support test equipment maintenance, repair, diagnosis, and future planning for depot and other activities. Raytheon maintains, repairs, and upgrades the missiles and expects to maintain legacy test equipment for at least the next 15 years.

What You Will Do

+ Assist program test equipment engineers and factory personnel in diagnosing problems with test equipment

+ Train program employees on the intricacies of the legacy electronics in depot test equipment

+ Help develop a test equipment roadmap to ensure continuous operation of the depot test equipment for the next 15 years

+ Other test equipment and program related work as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, _or_ An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

+ Experience with anti-radiation missile test equipment

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Significant experience with AGM-88 Depot test equipment

+ Experience mitigating test equipment obsolescence

+ Experience supporting captive flight data recorders
