Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician to join our dynamic production team, assisting in the assembly and fabrication of medical equipment. This role involves reading blueprints and schematics to assemble various product lines, employing small tools and machinery, and working with techniques that require the use of a microscope or magnifying glass. Additionally, candidates will partake in the quality and final inspection processes.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for assembly tasks.

+ Utilize small tools and machinery for product assembly.

+ Work with precision techniques under a microscope or magnifying glass.

+ Participate in quality control and final inspection processes.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of electronic assembly experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.

+ Experience in mechanical assembly and use of hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school degree or equivalent.

+ 1-2 years of experience in a clean manufacturing environment or medical device industry.

+ Familiarity with ISO standards is preferred.

+ Attention to detail and quality.

+ Self-starter with leadership potential.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, in-house manufacturing environment dedicated to the medical field. Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility. Be a part of a growing production team, aiming to expand to over 10 team members, where attention to detail and initiative are highly valued.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
