Automation Project Engineer — Own Projects from Spec to Startup
• Memphis, TN | $115K–$125K Base + 6% Bonus | $1,500 Sign-On | Hybrid Flex | Top Integrator

You’ll get **real ownership** of your projects, hands-on leadership during installs and startups, and a team that’s known for backing each other up.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead automation projects from quote to customer acceptance
+ Design control panels, schematics, and layouts (AutoCAD)
+ Program PLCs and HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar)
+ Develop BOMs, device communication schemes, and system documentation
+ Oversee panel build, FAT, I/O checkout, SAT, and handoff
+ Partner closely with mechanical, project, and customer teams
+ Travel for site inspections, installation, and commissioning (20–30%)
What You Bring
+ 3+ years of automation or electrical integrator experience
+ PLC and HMI programming (Rockwell or Siemens preferred)
+ Control panel design and schematic experience
