    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated **Assemblers** to support the launch of a new product line focused on fan and fan component assembly for data center servers. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. Prior assembly experience is helpful but not required. Electrical experience is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble fans and related components according to detailed specifications.

    + Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

    + Use basic mechanical skills to operate tools and maintain assembly processes.

    + Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process.

    + Work in varied physical environments, including elevated areas and confined spaces.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

    Essential Skills

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Willingness to learn and perform all assigned tasks.

    + Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production workflows.

    + Ability to operate hand tools, forklifts, lifts, cranes, and measuring devices.

    + Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    + Commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous experience in assembly or industrial manufacturing.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Safety-toed shoes are required. Orientation and training are conducted on 1st shift. Multiple shifts are available, with occasional Saturday work that is never required on consecutive weekends.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
