    Job Title: General Production Worker - All Shifts Open!

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will follow work instructions to operate machines and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps. You will play a critical role in maintaining production standards, ensuring product quality, and supporting the assembly process.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines and testing equipment to assemble quality pumps.

    + Learn and apply gauging techniques as required.

    + Move materials and parts within the work area and replenish stock as needed.

    + Maintain production, quality, and equipment documentation.

    + Understand quality alerts and report issues to the team lead.

    + Repair defective or rejected production parts on a daily basis.

    + Analyze defects and assist in corrective action programs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing with a background in production, operation, or assembly positions for at least 2 years.

    + Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in gauging techniques is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a newly renovated plant in Warren, equipped with various machines including Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical systems. The facility is a global automotive supplier, collaborating with major automotive companies such as Ford, GM, Tesla, and FCA. The environment is fast-paced, with operations running in 8-hour or 10-hour shifts across three shifts per day.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
