As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related operations. Your responsibilities include managing access control, responding to incidents, and communicating vital information to on-site teams to help to deter potential incidents. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and operate dispatch communication systems to coordinate security-related responses within the financial institution location.

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and requests, prioritizing and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.

+ Document and report incidents, suspicious activities, and/or emergencies according to established site-specific procedures.

+ Collaborate with on-site security-related personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.

+ Provide customer service by answering inquiries and assisting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.

+ Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and communicate critical information to relevant stakeholders.

+ Maintain detailed records of shift activities and incident reports as required by site policies.

+ Support regular communication checks and follow up on all dispatched calls to help promote appropriate response and resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.

+ Have experience with access control or badge systems, which is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
