Job Title: Supplier Enablement Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Supplier Enablement Manager to lead and optimize our supplier onboarding processes across various geographies and scenarios. This role involves defining and documenting complex processes, engaging with stakeholders, leading the implementation process and ensuring operational excellence in supplier interactions.
Responsibilities
+ Define and establish end-to-end processes for supplier onboarding, ensuring clear documentation and validation of complex processes.
+ Engage effectively with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders, and establish performance metrics to monitor progress.
+ Review and enhance existing operations and campaigns for continuous optimization.
+ Manage all supplier engagement campaigns, including emails, webinars, and direct communications, to optimize the onboarding process.
+ Gain deep expertise in products like Coupa, SupplyOn, and SAP CIM to facilitate supplier onboarding and ensure launch readiness.
+ Lead product configuration and testing for technical and non-technical supplier onboarding, working closely with Digital teams.
+ Provide leadership for a team of Supplier Enablement analysts, balancing workloads and supporting data analysis.
Essential Skills
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
+ Proficiency in project management, operations management, supply chain management, or process optimization.
+ Experience with complex roadmap development and detailed project planning.
+ Hands-on approach to developing solutions and documentation.
+ Networking and effective communication skills with senior stakeholders.
+ Strong proficiency in English and experience in multicultural environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with data migration or ERP implementation, including supplier onboarding.
+ Involvement in large-scale implementation or data migration projects.
+ ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle) or a background in Python or large data.
+ Strong supplier relationship and onboarding skills.
+ Operational excellence, process mapping, and establishing new standards/procedures.
Work Environment
This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with a 1st shift from 8 am to 5 pm, requiring three days per week in the office.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $68.00/hr.
