    Requirements

    + NJ RN License

    + Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Health Care setting, Employee Health experience preferred

    + BSN preferred

     

    Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour

    Benefits:

    + Flexible schedule, Weekdays only (22-30 hours per week)

    Responsibilities

    + Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates orientation, staff development, and in-service training programs for employees.

    + Maintains the Employee Health Services Program to include employee physicals, workers compensation, vaccinations, wellness programs and education. Develops and communicates wellness initiatives for staff.

    + Plans and implements appropriate on-the-job orientation program.

    + Coordinates in-services and educational programs through the use of classroom lectures, lectures and seminars done by outside associations, webinar presentations, and in-house training by other disciplines.

    + Assists in the planning, coordination, teaching and implementation of Quality Assurance, Safety and Staff Compliancy. Coordinates and participates in QA and Safety meetings.

    + Ensures that all personnel attend and participate in annual OSHA and CDC in-service training programs for hazard communication, TB management, and bloodbourne pathogens standard.

    + Maintains medical records and files for employee health and staff attendance at educational programs & employee health

    + Assures that the community complies with current CDC, OSHA, and local regulations.
