    Job Description

    Ashley Furniture is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join its team. This position will be responsible for supervising a team of four individuals. The supervisor will maintain an active presence on the production floor, working alongside technicians to provide hands-on maintenance as well as support and guidance to the technical staff. Shift is Sunday-Wednesday, 5:30pm-6:30am

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3 years of supervisor or lead experience

     

    -Experience as a technician

     

    -PLC experience (Siemens or Allen Bradley)

     

    -PLC Block or ladder experience (ladder preferred)

    -3+ years of electrical experience

    -Experience working on manufacturing equipment such as saws, headed router machines, blue fill operations, hydraulics, pneumatics. -Experience with Software such as CMS Maximo, Microsoft suite, AS 400 Timekeeping
