About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead plant-wide quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is a leadership role requiring proven success in managing large teams and implementing robust quality systems.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and mentor a team of 40+ direct reports in manufacturing quality.
+ Implement and improve quality management systems across plant operations.
+ Develop clear, actionable reports for both manufacturing floor and laboratory activities.
+ Drive root cause analysis and execute CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
+ Partner with customers to resolve quality issues and strengthen relationships.
+ Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt strongly preferred) including 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and waste reduction.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
+ Lead change management initiatives to optimize processes and enhance safety.
Qualifications
+ Stable work history with strong tenure in previous roles.
+ Proven experience in manufacturing quality systems (not limited to laboratory settings).
+ Demonstrated success in large-scale leadership (40+ direct reports).
+ Expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, and customer quality management.
+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards.
+ Strong reporting and communication skills.
+ Track record of process optimization and change management in plant environments.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $91291.20 - $132392.00/yr.
