    **Title:** Sr COTS Administrator/Developer, DT&A

    What will you be responsible for:

    + Direct the development, administration, maintenance, and production support of Infor financial applications including FSM, Lawson (LSF), and XM, as well as related enterprise solutions.

    + Install, configure, and support core Infor technologies such as Landmark (LMK), ION, and Infor Process Automation (IPA) to ensure reliable and scalable operations.

    + Support and execute application upgrades, platform enhancements, and system migrations, including transitions from on-premises platforms to modern cloud SaaS solutions.

    + Provide end-user support, functional training, troubleshooting, and assist with financial and government audits.

    + Work across the full enterprise application ecosystem including HR systems such as ADP, Cornerstone, and Taleo; ERP systems such as SyteLine, LN, Oracle EBS, and Pentagon 2000; the Hyland ECM platform; core Infor financial systems; and custom internally developed applications such as TRAX to integrate systems and deliver complete end-to-end business solutions.

    Qualifications:

    What will you need to be successful in the role:

    + Experience with Infor financial applications such as FSM, Lawson, or XM.

    + Practical administration and configuration experience with Infor technologies including Lawson LSF, Landmark (LMK), ION, and Infor Process Automation (IPA).

    + Strong SQL skills for analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

    + Ability to administer Linux systems including command-line operations, log review, service management, and scripting.

    + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver results in a challenging environment.

    + Effective communication and collaboration skills with business users, technical teams, and consultants.

    + Experience designing and developing enhancements, extensions, workflows, or integrations across Infor financial applications such as FSM, Lawson, and XM.

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

    Compensation:

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
