Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Administrative Assistant** working in **Redmond, WA (Hybrid)**
Pay rate: $34 / Hour
Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives and their teams. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating events, handling budgets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex calendars for one or more senior leaders, aligning schedules based on preferences and priorities.
+ Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including planning a large-scale event (~1,000 attendees) in 2026.
+ Arrange travel and process business expenses.
+ Support team operations: onboarding/offboarding, headcount tracking, and budget management.
+ Order and track equipment, manage inventory, and maintain team space.
+ Collaborate with other administrative staff for seamless support.
+ Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles.
+ Strong skills in calendar management, meeting logistics, and event coordination (2–3 years).
+ Experience with team support activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and budget tracking.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
**Pay Details:** $34.00 per hour
