    Job Title: Mini Bot Wrangler

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating advanced robotic solutions for warehouse automation. As a Mini Bot Wrangler, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of robotic order selectors. Starting as general help, you will receive comprehensive training to support operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, and heavy lifting.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and load equipment with products, ensuring accurate order selection and pallet processing.

    + Communicate system issues effectively to managers and engineers.

    + Climb ladders and work in elevated areas up to 25ft as required.

    + Perform cleanups and visual inspections of bots, maintaining the staging area.

    + Operate manual pump carts for bot storage and removal.

    + Engage in general housekeeping tasks during downtime.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency with wrenches and power tools.

    + Experience in general labor, repair, and assembly.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and analyze faults using custom Human Machine Interfaces.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, and construction.

    + Ability to work in confined spaces with a clearance of 32 inches.

    + LOTO training provided.

    Work Environment

     

    Located inside the Walmart Distribution Center, the work environment involves servicing automated packaging equipment in confined spaces. The role is physically demanding, especially during summer, and requires adaptability to an irregular work cadence.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, FL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
