    Work Schedule: Typically, you will work Monday-Friday (1st & 2nd shifts available) .

    What Will You Do: As a Food Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Operate a cash register to check out customers.

    + Prepare ingredients needed for daily menu items, including washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring.

    + Taking order and serving food items to customers.

    + Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure all duties are completed.

    + Maintain high standards of food quality by inspecting ingredients for freshness and proper storage per Five Star's quality standards.

    + Assist with incoming deliveries and help to put items away as needed.

    + Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and utensils.

    Who We're looking for:

    + Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment with grill/line cook experience is preferred.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    General Requirements:

    + Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.

    + Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

    + Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
