Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and reconciled.

• Conduct and support financial statement audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation.

• Reconcile accounts by verifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain precision in financial records.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and support business objectives.

• Provide insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.

• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in accounting operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

• Strong expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger activities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle financial statement audits effectively.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.

• Solid knowledge of preparing and reviewing journal entries.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with teams and stakeholders.
