    What You’ll Be Doing

     

    + Learn professional sales skills through structured training and daily coaching

    + Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys

    + Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs

    + Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations

    + Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities

    + Work toward—and exceed—monthly performance goals

    + Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen

    Requirements

    You do not need prior sales experience. We’re looking for people who are:

     

    + Highly motivated and goal-oriented

    + Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed and improve

    + Comfortable communicating by phone and email

    + Coachable—open to feedback and eager to apply it

    + Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results

    + Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum

    + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

    + Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    + Average first-year earnings: $50,000 – $90,000

     

    (Top performers regularly earn six figures)

     

    + Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped bonuses
