    Structured Cabling Technician (Cat6) – NYCTop Skills – Must Haves

    + Experience with Cat6 and Cat5 cabling

    + Ability to pull, test, and terminate Cat6 cable

    Secondary Skills – Nice to Haves

    + Familiarity with other low-voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)

    + Experience working in fast-paced commercial construction environments

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Structured Cabling Technician to support a long-term commercial construction project in New York City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cat6 cable installation, including pulling, testing, and terminating.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficient in reading blueprints and cable layouts

    + Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    Work Environment

    + Active commercial construction site

    + Must be comfortable with physical labor and working in various conditions

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
