Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to produce a quality product while completing all assigned master sanitation. The holder of this position must follow all GMP, HACCP, safety, and all other regulatory and plant policies and procedures. The operator must achieve all production goals or report and document all reasons targets are not met. The operator is expected to promote safety, maintain a sanitary food environment, and strive to improve product quality. Duties and Responsibilities: *The primary responsibility of this position is to produce a quality product, while completing all assigned master sanitation; *Must be able to perform chemical strength tests; *The operator must be able to start, run, shutdown and CIP the UF/RO and all associated equipment; *Must follow safety, G.M.P., H.A.C.C.P., and all other plant policies and procedures. *The operator must achieve all production goals or report and document all reason targets are not met; *The operator is expected to promote safety, maintain a sanitary food environment, and strive to improve product quality; *The operator is expected to direct and train any UF/RO utilities. *Must be able to perform all necessary checks on the UF/RO and associated equipment; *Must be able to operate and complete required paperwork for production and C.I.P. for the UF/RO and associated equipment; *Must perform master sanitation on all equipment in the UF/RO department; *Must be able to perform chemical strength tests.

Requirements

_Education and Experience_

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

_Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_

+ 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

+ Must have good work history. Training will be provided
