St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opening for a GME & Medstaff Affairs Manager. The Medstaff office is a busy place that oversees detailed work. Ideal candidate will have previous with ECHO in a GME office.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Provides management for the daily operations of the Medical Staff Office, Graduate Medical Education (GME) office and other medical staff-related activities.
Responsibilities
+ Manages operations of medical staff and graduate medical education functions and integrates services within other departments.
+ Manages the medical staff and allied health credentialing program.
+ Manages and facilitates medical staff's strategic planning and quality improvement processes.
+ Provides education regarding the medical staff and graduate medical education functions.
+ Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.

+ Bachelor's Degree - Business/HC Admin/related
