    Our client, a global leader in adhesives and chemical solutions, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting laboratory and testing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Laboratory Technician

    **Location:** Rocky Hill, CT

    **Pay Range:** $22/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Dispense adhesives and bond parts according to established procedures.

    + Test bond strength and physical properties; evaluate, collect, and record data.

    + Participate in organizing and performing experiments, summarizing results in a laboratory notebook.

    + Enter and manage data in computer systems, including charts and tables for project reporting.

    + Operate laboratory equipment and measuring devices safely and accurately.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Ability to follow safety protocols and lab best practices while working with chemicals and equipment.

    + Basic knowledge of quality protocols according to SOPs and ISO 17025:2017.

    + Ability to stand for most of the day and lift at least 50 pounds.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    + Effective communication and organizational skills.
