    Job Description:

    + Manages workload distribution, work activities, productivity, procedural and process compliance to ensure efficiency.

    + Assigns volunteers to jobs within the organization where help is needed and volunteers' skills are utilized.

    + Ensures team assignment of volunteers is adequate to supplement patient care services and distribute the workload efficiently.

    + Develops, reviews, revises, and implements processes, policies, and procedures for Volunteer Services to improve productivity, workflow, and efficiency.

    + Assists with the analysis and preparation of departmental reports and statistics.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) - Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $21.56 - $40.09
