    Job Description:

    + Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.

    + Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.

    + Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.

    + Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.

    + Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $29.21 - $46.73
