    Job Description:

    + Maintains compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Manages and administers assigned care units to ensure delivery of quality care. Recruits, interviews, selects, and hires team members to maintain adequate coverage.

    + Administers and interprets personnel policies and procedures, including wage and salary.

    + Ensures appropriate orientation and training of new personnel.

    + Counsels team members for disciplinary and exemplary actions according to policy.

    Bachelor'sAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Licensed Paramedic (PARA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular Interventional (R.T.(CV)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $91,313.86 - $169,845.73
